Your mission
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Team Leader to lead NanoTemper’s EU C Sales Team.
Our customers face complex challenges in molecular characterization, and we provide high-quality, trusted tools to help them overcome those challenges and push the boundaries of drug discovery.   • Report directly to the Head of EMEAi Sales.
  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to grow the business in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Take direct ownership of a sales territory within Germany, including customer acquisition and account management.
  • Lead and support a team of Sales and Field Application Specialists.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a realistic pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Be an enthusiastic and inspiring leader who motivates the team to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer accounts and strategic partners.

Your expertise
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience building and managing successful sales teams
  • A strong motivation to grow the business, develop professionally, and evolve with the company.
  • A proven track record of leading sales teams to meet and exceed goals.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies for both existing products and new product launches.
  • Experience managing remote team members across different regions.
  • Hands-on experience in coaching and training sales and support teams, leading by example in the field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% within the assigned territory and occasionally internationally.
