- Report directly to the Head of EMEAi Sales.
- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to grow the business in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Take direct ownership of a sales territory within Germany, including customer acquisition and account management.
- Lead and support a team of Sales and Field Application Specialists.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a realistic pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Be an enthusiastic and inspiring leader who motivates the team to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer accounts and strategic partners.
