Your mission
The Global Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for managing relationships at assigned multinational key accounts and growing NanoTemper’s sales and market share within those defined accounts, that are strategically critical to our growth and success. The SAM will work with NTT leadership to develop account specific strategic plans and Plans of Action (POA) and to implement these to meet corporate growth objectives. The SAM will work with the local sales teams to help facilitate access and coordinate activity globally to meet assigned objectives and key results.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Build, grow and maintain trusted partner relationships with strategic customers. Map key accounts to identify key sites and people. Develop strategic and tactical plans for each assigned account designed to meet corporate growth objectives. Monitor sales at assigned accounts and conduct regular business reviews with key executives at the target account as well as NTT sales / marketing and senior leadership teams.
Collaborate with sales management and with local account teams to coordinate activity across global sites to maximize access, generate opportunities and assist local teams to close sales and maximize profit. Identify ways to grow NTT business on a global scale at all sites of multinational biopharma and CRO accounts.
Act as the primary sales channel for the Dianthus uHTS and other assigned instruments. Work to expand all NTT product lines at assigned accounts. Working with the local sales team, generate and close additional opportunities for the NTT portfolio of products.
Manage relationships and grow NTT business with selected CROs to increase instrument and regular income revenue. Expand NTT sales into all global sites of assigned accounts working with the local Field Sales team.
Work with cross functional teams from operations, finance, product development and customer success to provide an optimal flow of information to help solve customer problems and formulate unique solutions to strengthen strategic partnerships with assigned accounts.
