We are prioritizing individuals physically located in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Drive business growth: Own a sales territory in UK, managing both customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Lead by example: Act as a hands-on manager, in closing deals yourself while coaching and supporting Sales and Field Application Specialists.
- Set the direction: Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for Western and Northern Europe, aligning with our broader company goals.
- Inspire and enable: Motivate your team, foster collaboration, and create a culture of accountability and success.
- Be a trusted partner: Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, becoming a go-to resource in the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with colleagues in Global Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure our customers have the best possible experience.
- Deliver results: Provide accurate forecasts, maintain a robust pipeline, and consistently exceed targets.
