Your mission

Join our Commercial Operations team. In this role you will support the commercial function by assisting the team in the development, implementation and maintenance of our CRM system and other sales enablement tools. You will gain hands on experience with CRM tools and technology and how these tools support commercial operations.

• Participate in the testing and deployment of CRM solutions
• Help maintain data integrity and perform data analysis within the CRM system
• Build reports and dashboards using data analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Test and validate new features changes in sandbox environment

Your expertise

• Enrolled student in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, business, marketing or comparable degree program.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in HTML, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
